Had a wonderful Christmas stay at a cozy hotel with great views. the owner was incredibly friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. Loved the included breakfast and the free use of a washing machine. the location was perfect, with plenty of nice restaurants within walking distance. the bed was comfortable and the shower was hot. a fantastic value for the price.
The uphill climb to the hotel was a bit tiring, but worth it for the amazing views. some nights the noise from a nearby bar could be a bit bothersome.

The host, Carlos, was friendly and were really good too make sure I had a great experience. He even sent me a video on how to find the hostel when I arrived late at night. The view from the hostel was amazing, and I loved sitting on the balcony and taking it all in. The room was comfortable and modern, with a colorful bed and a clean, modern bathroom. Having a kitchen and washing machine available for use was a huge convenience. I also enjoyed meeting interesting people in the small shop on-site. Despite the uphill walk from Plaza del Armas, it actually helped me acclimatize to the altitude faster and I discovered some lovely shops and restaurants on the way. I would highly recommend Casa Mirador for its beautiful scenery, friendly host, and great value.

The hotel is conveniently located close to the Market of San Blas, offering easy access to fresh produce and local products. It is also near the closest bus stop, making it convenient to visit the main archaeological places around the city. Additionally, the hotel is surrounded by good bars in the vibrant San Blas neighborhood. Lastly, the hotel offers airport transfer service at a very reasonable price.
The shared kitchen at the hotel was not well-maintained, with broken equipment and cleanliness issues.

I stayed at Casa Mirador for a week and had a wonderful experience. Carlos, the host, was incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to assist us with transfers and recommendations. The room was spacious and comfortable, with stunning views from the balcony. The kitchen facilities were a great bonus, and having a washing machine available for free use was a lifesaver. The availability of Netflix in the room and the communal area was a nice touch. Casa Mirador provided excellent value for money.
I do recommend this hotel.

Carlos was the absolute man, always hooking us up with whatever we needed. The balcony had the sickest view of Cusco, and we loved chilling there after a long day of exploring. Plus, it was in a prime location - just a short walk to the San Blas Market and the Plaza de Armas. And shoutout to the washing machine, we definitely took advantage of that. Casa Mirador was lit!
The only thing we could've asked for was more party vibes at Casa Mirador. It would've been dope if they had a bar or some kind of social area to hang out and meet other young, party-going people.

The location of the accommodation was perfect, with the Market of San Blas and Plaza de Armas just a short walk away. We had a truly amazing stay at Casa Mirador. the views over the city were breathtaking and the rooms were some of the best we've had on our trip. Carlos, the host, went above and beyond to help us with recommendations for dining and sightseeing, even assisting us in getting a new SIM card. the host kept us informed about a water issue, which resulted in having to transfer our reservations to other hotels. Despite this inconvenience, Carlos handled the situation admirably. the bed was also extremely comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep. Communication with Carlos was excellent, and the buffet breakfast offered a delicious selection of toasted bread with ham and cheese or jam with butter, along with unlimited coca or muna tea. the location felt safe, quiet, and unique, with stunning views. Our room was impeccably clean and comfortable, and Carlos even assisted us with storing our luggage while we were on the Inca Trail. Cons: All good 😊.
